Living Vibrantly & Ageing Magnificently!
This workshop is about how we can age in the most natural and vibrant way mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It takes into consideration not how to avoid aging or find the fountain of youth, but how to live optimally and take advantage of the wisdom of our years, while retaining as many of the advantages of youth, vitality and our inner child, as possible. It is about using the new information from neuroscience on maintaining optimal brain health and the best mindset or mind flow and all of the research in physical fitness, natural medication, nutrition to keep our bodies healthy. There is research from energy psychology and numerous other spiritual disciplines about how to find optimal balance, harmony and peace as we age with gracefully with elegance and simplicity to be our best evolving selves. We have been led to believe that ageing is a downhill process of decline and loss and this leads us to live our lives in a devalued manner that diminishes our full potential!
